Passion will bring you further than discipline can.

That's not a statement everyone will agree with and for good reason—there's plenty of counterexamples.

But it's true for me.

It's led me into developing apps, and it's a good filter for the type of people I'd like to work with.

I can't tell you how to find your craft or what it looks like when you do. But I know it changes how you think about work.

For me, I noticed myself working 7 days a week—not in a sense that felt like a grind, but in a way that felt like play.

I didn't know work could be this fun.

Right now, I'm good at building products but I'm not great.

Over the next decade, I want to take that leap.

That means working with people walking the same path.
